Shipping Policy

Shipping & delivery

We deliver to all 27 Egyptian governorates. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your governorate and the size of your order.

Timing

Greater Cairo and Alexandria orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days. Other governorates take 3–7 working days. Large items such as furniture and turf rolls may need an extra day to schedule.

Before delivery

Our courier calls you before arriving. Please make sure the phone number on your order is reachable — undelivered orders are returned to us and re-delivery is charged again.
