Do you deliver to all governorates?
Yes — we deliver to all 27 Egyptian governorates. Shipping cost and delivery time are calculated at checkout based on your governorate.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. You can pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Bank transfer is also available if you prefer to pay in advance.
Do you install artificial grass?
Yes. Installation is available in Greater Cairo and Alexandria and is quoted separately based on the area. Contact us with your measurements for a price.
What warranty do furniture and swings carry?
Furniture and swings carry a one-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, weather fading and misuse are not covered.
How do I care for plants after buying?
Give them a few days to settle before moving or repotting them, water only when the top of the soil is dry, and keep them out of direct midday sun for the first week.
Do prices include shipping?
No — shipping is calculated separately at checkout based on your governorate. Orders above the free-shipping threshold ship at no cost.
Can I exchange a product if I do not like it?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Live plants and cut turf are excluded.
Do you have a branch I can visit?
We operate online and by appointment. Contact us on WhatsApp and we will arrange a viewing for larger items such as furniture and swings.
